Shipping policy

At checkout, if the shipping address is located outside of France, you may choose Standard shipping or Insured Shipping. 
Choosing Standard Shipping means you agree that Kanelle Vintage holds no responsibility on delayed or lost packages. You cannot claim a refund in case the package gets lost in mail.
Choosing Insured Shipping means the package is insured and you have the right to ask Kanelle Vintage for a refund in case your package is lost in mail.

Orders process and ship within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. A tracking number is provided upon shipment. Packages ship from France to the address provided in your order. Kanelle Vintage is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to incorrect addresses. 

Orders to France orders normally deliver in 2-4 working days upon shipment. European Union orders normally deliver in 1 week upon shipment, excluding Sundays and holidays. International orders usually deliver in 1-2 weeks, but can sometimes take longer due to customs. Kanelle Vintage is not responsible for international custom fees.
